WellCare Insurance Corp. is growing our London Office team and looking for motivated Mandarin-English bilingual brokers and sales professionals across Ontario.

This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed salary. Earnings are production-based and uncapped.

Although you will be part of our London Office team, you do not need to live in London or commute to the office. You can work 100% remotely from anywhere in Ontario. GTA-based team members may also use our Markham Head Office for optional in-person work, meetings or training.

Who We Are Looking For

Fluent Mandarin and English are required.

Insurance experience and a RIBO licence are assets, but previous insurance experience is not required.

We welcome:

- RIBO-licensed brokers
- Direct-writer or agency sales professionals
- Experienced salespeople interested in entering the insurance industry
- New brokers looking to build a long-term book of business

If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate insurance licence.
