Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their fueling and shopping needs in a lively, customer-focused manner
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash, card, and mobile payments while handling cash with integrity
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive supplies to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, shelves, and fuel station to ensure a safe shopping environment
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising, restocking shelves, and monitoring product displays for visual appeal
- Provide clear communication with customers regarding promotions, store policies, or product information using strong phone etiquette when needed




- Follow safety protocols during fuel dispensing operations and handle basic math calculations for transactions or inventory counts efficiently

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi or Gujarati will be an assets; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or cleaning
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and phone etiquette is advantageous
