Our Customer Account Representatives play an active role in managing customer interactions and supporting business development activities. The position brings together several aspects of customer account management, including customer communication, product presentations, service recommendations, and day-to-day account assistance.

Your responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication
- Get to know customers' needs, interests, and goals before suggesting relevant products or services
- Recognize opportunities to move a conversation forward and assist customers with the next steps
- Assist with customer account activities and ensure requests are handled accurately
- Respond to questions, address concerns, and follow through when additional assistance is needed
- Coordinate with coworkers and management to keep customer interactions and account activities running smoothly




- Keep account information organized and securely maintained in our CRM system

What we're looking for:

- An outgoing, approachable personality and an interest in working with people
- Receptiveness to feedback and a willingness to develop new skills
- Personal initiative and a dependable approach to work
- The ability to manage individual responsibilities while cooperating with others
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or a related field is welcome but not necessary
- Full time availability
