Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/Detailer to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and a skilled appearance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and experience in cleaning and vehicle detailing. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is essential.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report them appropriately
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lot by organizing and parking vehicles efficiently
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all vehicles meet company standards for appearance before delivery or display




- Keep detailed records of services performed and maintain a clean work area at all times
- Follow safety protocols and use proper equipment during vehicle cleaning and detailing

Experience

- Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required. Applicants must be comfortable with physical work and working indoors and outdoors throughout the year.

Pay: $16.40-$17.40 per hour
