Full-Time Experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor

Location: Hamilton, Ontario Pay: $45–$60 CAD per class, based on experience

Anticipated Opening: Mid-January 2027 Rise & Flow Pilates is a new boutique Reformer Pilates studio coming to Hamilton!

We’re currently preparing for our anticipated opening in mid-January 2027 and looking for passionate, experienced instructors to join our founding team. We’re seeking confident, dedicated professionals who love Pilates, value community, and are excited to grow with a new business.

What We’re Looking For:

* Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor * Ideally 2+ years of teaching experience * Robust knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and modifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable, professional, and team-oriented * Weekday morning and/or evening availability

helping oversee daily operations, support instructors, and maintain an exceptional client experience.
