Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Staff member and be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our hotel facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supporting facility operations to maximize productivity. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained setting where continuous improvement is encouraged and celebrated.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance in guest rooms, pools facilities, to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and handle general repairs(i.e., painting, dry wall, wallpaper, caulking, carpet, ceramic tile, drop ceiling, etc.).
- General repairs of emergency systems (i.e., generators, fire systems, etc.);
- General repairs of HVAC, plumbing, etc.;
- Excellent customer service, organizational & communication skills.
- Lead or supervise maintenance tasks when required, ensuring safety protocols are upheld




- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for maintenance support.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and promoting best practices among team members.

Experience

- Two years experience in building operations (hotel preferred);
- · Experience with general repairs (i.e., painting, dry wall, wallpaper, caulking, carpet, ceramic tile, drop ceiling, etc.);
- Experience with preventative maintenance;
- Experience working with emergency systems (i.e., generators, fire systems, etc.);
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, etc.;

Pay: $19.49-$20.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
