As an Occupational Therapist with Unity Health Toronto’s Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation program, you will assess and treat impaired occupational performance. Services include treatment, consultation, discharge planning, and education for patients, families, agencies, and hospital staff. Collaboration supports comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and treat patients with impaired occupational performance
- Provide consultation, discharge planning, and occupational therapy education
- Collaborate with disciplines as an interprofessional team member




- Identify educational needs for patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement and research activities

Requirements:

- Current Ontario occupational therapy license in valuable standing
- Master’s degree or substantial equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Current BLS or willingness to complete during probation
- MoCA certification or willingness to certify before probation ends
- Stroke and neuro rehabilitation experience preferred
