Key Responsibilities
• Manage onboarding processes for new Hub Delivery partners
• Coordinate partner rescue efforts during delivery gaps




• Collaborate with stakeholders to align onboarding and communicate progress
• Use Salesforce data to identify and propose process improvements
• Guide special projects from ideation to execution

Requirements:
• 3+ years of program management experience
• 3+ years of cross-functional team collaboration
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
