Responsibilities:

Establish and achieve quality and Guest Satisfaction goals. Help guests with their requests and complaints - making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction,

Make sure the complimentary “Express Start Breakfast” items are all Secure, Clean and stored Safely - always keep stock replenished to minimize waste

Make sure all food and beverage facilities including front-of-house breakfast bar and back-of-house pantry spaces are clean and properly stocked. Notify engineering immediately of any maintenance and repair needs

Make sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely - always keep stock replenished to minimize waste,

Handle breakfast food & beverage inventory procedures. Determine minimum and maximum stocks for all breakfast items, material, and equipment

Consistently check breakfast area and back-of-house pantry areas, visually monitor and take action to ensure brand standard and other requirements are met
