We are seeking a energetic and motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and experience in sales and customer service. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities

- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients and business partners
- Present and promote fitness programs and services to prospective customers
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively
- Develop new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts and outreach
- Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation




- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to health, fitness, or technology sales
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
- Technical sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for fitness industry products is essential

Pay: $32.25 per hour
