You will act as the dealership's front-line customer relations and service sales representative. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer service requests and concerns, meeting pre-determined service sales objectives and the accurate performance of designated administrative duties. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic and results-oriented individual who strives to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction. Proficiency in French & English would be considered an asset.

- Able to receive customers with courtesy, respect and efficiency as well as build trust to ensure repeat business; requires a genuine concern about customer enthusiasm, as evidenced through consistent follow through with customers.
- Document vehicle problems by listening to customers and by assisting with needs assessment by asking questions and checking service history for relevant details.
- Maintain a positive attitude and approach towards customers, the dealership, the manufacturer and their co-workers.
- Maintains extensive contact with customers,



phoning to provide estimates on service and repairs before jobs are begun, explaining the appointments/scheduling systems to customers, and establishing with customers the method of payment for repairs (cash, warranty, etc.)
- Able to encourage vehicle service and/or maintenance & problem prevention with customers.
- Should be capable of working independently, managing time and work flow. Must have strong organizational skills and take a proactive approach to customer service.
- Communicate effectively with service technicians to obtain information on required repairs and changes to commitments made to customers.

Pay: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
