We are looking for a motivated Sales & Design Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident meeting with customers in their homes, accurately measuring spaces, creating custom cabinet and closet designs, and closing sales.

This is a sales-focused design position, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn commission on sales in addition to their base compensation.

Responsibilities

- Visit client homes to measure spaces for closets, kitchens, cabinetry, and other custom storage solutions
- Create functional and attractive custom cabinet and closet designs
- Prepare drawings and designs using Mozaik, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Present design concepts, layouts, pricing, and solutions to clients
- Assist customers with selecting materials, finishes, colours, hardware, and accessories
- Provide pricing solutions and close sales on-site
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure measurements and designs are accurate
- Ensure all project details are properly documented before production
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused experience throughout the sales and design process

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in cabinet design, closet design, interior design, millwork,



or a related field
- Experience using Mozaik, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Ability to accurately measure residential spaces
- Knowledge of cabinet, closet, and millwork construction
- Strong sales ability with confidence in in office closing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects and follow-ups
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and own vehicle required
- Language skills: English required; Punjabi and Hindi are strong assets

Compensation

- Competitive base compensation

We are looking for someone who combines design knowledge with strong sales skills and is comfortable working directly with homeowners from the initial consultation through to closing the sale.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- Toronto, ON M3J 2T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
