Job Overview

We are seeking a part time passionate and engaging Perfume Boutique Workshop Instructor & Retail Staff to join our team. This dynamic role combines hands-on instruction with retail responsibilities, providing customers with an immersive experience in fragrance creation and education. The ideal candidate will have a flair for teaching, excellent customer service skills, and a keen interest in perfumes and aromatherapy. This position offers an opportunity to inspire others while representing our brand in a boutique setting.

Duties

- Lead engaging and informative perfume-making workshops for individuals and groups, demonstrating techniques and sharing knowledge about fragrances.
- Assist customers in selecting perfumes, providing personalized recommendations based on preferences and scent profiles.
- Educate clients about the different notes, ingredients, and the art of perfume blending to enhance their experience.
- Manage retail sales by processing transactions accurately and maintaining an organized sales area.
- Maintain the boutique’s cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels to ensure an inviting environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product insights,



and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support marketing efforts through social media engagement and promotional events as needed.

Experience

- Prior classroom experience or teaching background is highly desirable to effectively lead workshops and communicate concepts clearly.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred to ensure excellent client interactions.
- A genuine interest in perfumes, aromatherapy, or related fields is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to engage diverse audiences are essential for success in this role.
- Previous experience in fragrance or beauty industries is a plus but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate.

Expected Hours 10-20 (Evenings & Weekends as needed)

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
