Schedule: Alternating Mondays 9:00-5:00, Tuesday–Thursday 9:00–4:30, Friday 9:00–2:00. No evenings, no weekends.
About us
A dentist-owned practice offering Big City Care with Small Town Values — modern, unhurried dentistry for the Drayton community. We're currently located inside the Mapleton Health Centre and will be moving into a brand-new, purpose-built facility at 26 Main Street East. You'd be joining a small, close-knit team at a genuinely exciting point.
The role
A hybrid position for someone equally comfortable chairside and at the front desk.
Chairside: four-handed assisting (restorative, endo, extractions, implants) · digital radiographs · instrument reprocessing and IPAC · set-up, breakdown, inventory
Front desk: scheduling and confirmations · insurance verification and claims · treatment plan and financial presentation, including CDCP · recall management · answering the phone with warmth
Requirements
- Level II Intra-Oral Dental Assistant certification (NDAEB/ODAA), in good standing
- HARP certification for dental radiography
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Reliable transportation
Preferred: 2+ years chairside · prior dental front desk experience · Tracker software (we'll train the right person)
