Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Assist with plating dishes and garnishing for service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by providing timely assistance with food service tasks
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper storage of ingredients and sanitation practices




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Food industry experience is a plus, especially in meal preparation or serving roles
- Basic understanding of food handling procedures and restaurant operations

Pay: $17.60-$24.79 per hour
