World Vision Academy is seeking an experienced, and dedicated CASPer Test Prep Instructor to guide pre-med, nursing, and professional school applicants through the CASPer situational judgment test.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct structured lessons and mock simulation sessions for the CASPer test (covering both video and typed response sections).
- Teach effective frameworks for ethical reasoning, conflict resolution, empathy, and professional communication.
- Provide personalized, constructive feedback on students' typing structure, tone, and delivery under timed conditions.
- Help students build solid personal narrative banks and manage time effectively during 11-scenario tests.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record or high score/quartile achievement on the CASPer test, or extensive background in admissions coaching (healthcare, professional programs).
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $18.15-$49.19 per hour
