We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Licensed Millwright (433A) to join our maintenance team in Woodstock, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery, production equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and effective plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery, production equipment, and facility systems.
- Follow all safety procedures, applicable codes, lockout/tagout requirements, and isolation procedures while using appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, logic diagrams, and manufacturer manuals.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment, including lathes, milling machines, saws, drills, and grinders.
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect components and ensure they meet specifications.
- Inspect, lubricate, repair, and replace bearings, belts, chains, pulleys, shafts, couplings, clutches, brakes, and drive systems.
- Install, align, and maintain mechanical equipment, material handling systems, and power transmission components.
- Maintain and troubleshoot compressors, pumps, dryers, filters, coolers, and related equipment.




- Perform fabrication and welding using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves, pumps, actuators, and controls.
- Complete preventative maintenance (PM) work orders in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and established maintenance procedures.
- Identify equipment issues and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and communicate effectively with team members.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate of Qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; knowledge of electrical systems is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Experience with welding, fabrication, precision measuring tools, and shop machinery is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence.
