Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product recommendations
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit, and mobile payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via in-person or phone interactions




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Multilingual skills are highly valued for engaging with a broad customer base
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and retail operations
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and phone etiquette to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly

Pay: $15.00-$25.72 per hour
