We are currently seeking a Service Advisor at our Wolfe Chevrolet GMC Buick Canmore location.

What you’ll be doing:

- Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Communicating with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problem(s)
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information.
- Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications, using maintenance menus (if applicable)
- Selling technician’s time
- Providing estimates for labor and parts
- Following up progress of each repair order and updating customer during the day
- Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments
- Returning the vehicle to the customer and answer any questions
- Maintaining follow-up program through MPI on additional items found in need of repair




- Updating customers when parts arrive and booking them in for completion of work
- Performing pre-write of next day appointments to be prepared when customer arrives
- Inspecting all vehicles for body work, notify the customer if work is needed, and provide an estimate for body shop work

What we’re looking for:

- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Two years of experience in a dealership position preferred
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset
- Professional personal appearance to meet our luxury image
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
