Join our dynamic security team as a Security Guard, where your vigilance and proactive approach will safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel.Guards maintain a visible, professional presence, perform access control and patrols, respond to incidents, and complete accurate reports while following Ontario regulations.

DutiesResponsibilities

- Maintain a professional and visible presence to deter unauthorized activity
- Conduct regular interior and exterior foot (and vehicle, where applicable) patrols
- Control access points, verify identification, and manage visitor/contractor entry
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems
- Respond promptly and calmly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Write clear, detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
- Enforce site post orders, company policies, and applicable laws (including Trespass to Property Act)
- Assist clients, employees,



and visitors professionally
- Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (PSISA) in good standing
- 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to work in Canada
- Completion of Ontario-mandated security guard training
- Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) that meets licensing requirements
- Solid English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
