We provide kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities and solid surface countertops, working directly with developers, general contractors, builders, and project teams to deliver quality products that meet project specifications and budgets.

This role combines technical design, drawing review, quantity takeoffs, supplier coordination, estimating support, and production planning. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cabinet construction, material specifications, and manufacturing requirements, along with the ability to review architectural drawings, identify discrepancies, and ensure project details are accurate before moving into production.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, interior design plans, and project specifications for multifamily residential buildings.
- Utilize our AI-assisted takeoff system to generate initial quantities and measurements for kitchens, bathroom vanities, and related millwork.
- Verify and refine AI-generated takeoffs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project drawings and specifications.
- Identify missing information, discrepancies, design conflicts, and potential scope gaps before submitting projects for pricing.
- Prepare clear, organized project information for estimating, supplier pricing, and internal review.

Supplier Coordination & Quotation Review

- Prepare and submit drawings, specifications, quantities, and scope details to suppliers and manufacturing partners for pricing.
- Review returned quotations to verify quantities, material specifications, pricing, and overall scope.
- Cross-check supplier quotes against architectural drawings, project requirements, and takeoff results to ensure all required items are accounted for.
- Identify pricing discrepancies, exclusions, missing components, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to clarify specifications, resolve discrepancies, and obtain revised quotations when necessary.

Kitchen, Vanity & Millwork Design

- Develop kitchen, bathroom vanity, and custom millwork designs for multifamily residential projects.
- Prepare detailed cabinet layouts, elevations, dimensions,

and specifications suitable for manufacturing and installation.
- Ensure designs align with project requirements, building layouts, cabinet construction standards, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Review cabinet configurations, storage requirements, hardware, finishes, and construction details.
- Finalize production drawings and working files once a project has been awarded and confirmed by the client.
- Prepare and issue countertop drawings and production files for solid surface countertop manufacturing, ensuring dimensions, sink locations, edge details, and other relevant specifications are accurately documented.

Client Communication & Material Selection

- Work directly with clients to review kitchen and vanity layouts, design details, material specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate the selection and delivery of samples, including countertop materials, cabinet box materials, and cabinet door finishes.
- Present design options and material selections to clients and incorporate approved revisions into project documentation.
- Ensure final designs and specifications meet client expectations, project budgets, and construction requirements.
- Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the design and approval process.

Production Handover & Project Coordination

- Prepare complete and accurate project documentation for internal manufacturing and production teams.
- Ensure approved drawings, material specifications, finish selections, quantities, and countertop details are finalized before production begins.
- Coordinate design revisions and communicate changes to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure the latest approved drawings and specifications are being used.
- Support project teams in resolving design or technical questions that arise during manufacturing.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in kitchen design, cabinet design, bathroom vanity design, or custom millwork.
- Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, hardware, finishes, and manufacturing methods.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients, suppliers, and internal production teams.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of project details, and identify potential issues before they affect production or project costs.
