PRECAST COORDINATOR

Overview

The Precast Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the production and quality assurance of precast concrete elements. This position involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring adherence to standards, and maintaining high-quality output. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, construction experience, and a keen eye for quality control and inspection.

Duties

- Coordinate the production schedule for precast concrete elements, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project timelines
- Conduct quality control and inspection of precast components to meet industry standards and project specifications
- Collect and analyze data related to production processes, quality metrics, and inspection results to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee inspection activities in office to verify compliance with safety protocols and design requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and precast teams to resolve issues related to quality or production delays
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, quality reports, and data collection efforts for accountability and traceability




- Implement process improvements based on analysis findings to enhance efficiency and product quality

Experience

- Proven experience in precast concrete manufacturing environments
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, quality inspection techniques, and construction inspection standards
- Familiarity with data collection tools and methods used in manufacturing or construction settings
- Previous experience coordinating teams or projects within a construction or industrial environment is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
