We are looking for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Door-to-Door Appointment Setter to generate leads and book roofing inspection appointments with homeowners.

Responsibilities

- Approach homeowners in assigned neighbourhoods.
- Introduce our roofing services professionally.
- Identify potential roofing needs and generate qualified leads.
- Book appointments for roof inspections and estimates.
- Track daily activity, leads, and appointments.
- Meet lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

- Previous door-to-door appointment-setting experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident handling objections and speaking with homeowners.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighbourhoods.
- Roofing or home improvement industry experience is an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
