- Monday: morning shift or afternoon shift.
- Tuesday: morning shift or afternoon shift.
- Wednesday: morning shift or afternoon shift.
- Thursday: morning shift or afternoon shift.
- Friday: morning shift or afternoon shift.
- Saturday: full day, or afternoon shift.

We are happy to build a part-time schedule around another job, school or family, and equally happy to give you a full week if you want one.

Why these shifts fill fast

Our massage therapy team is fully booked and we are turning patients away every week. Our chiropractors, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, acupuncturists and counsellors refer internally every single day, and those referrals currently go onto a waitlist instead of into a treatment room. You are not building a practice from scratch here. You are stepping into one that already exists.

What your shift actually looks like

You walk into a furnished, ready-to-go treatment room. Your schedule is already filling. You never touch linens, because our full-service in-house laundry handles them. You never chase a payment, because our front desk handles booking, billing and direct insurance billing. You never market yourself, because we do that for you. You treat patients and do the reports. That is the whole job.

Backs in Action Rehab & Wellness Centre (BiA) is a team of passionate and cooperative health professionals and staff committed to creating customized programs to get our patients back in action.



We are a multidisciplinary clinic in a busy East Vancouver business and residential community, directly across from Renfrew SkyTrain Station. Our spacious 2,000 sq ft clinic has state-of-the-art equipment and fully furnished treatment rooms offering multi-modal care.

- An existing patient base and an active waitlist, so you are busy from your first shift.
- A commission split agreed with you based on your experience, plus a signing bonus for the right candidate.

What we are looking for

- Registered, or eligible for registration, as a massage therapist in British Columbia.
- Availability for one or more of the shifts listed above.
- New graduates and established practitioners are both encouraged to apply.
- Someone who enjoys working alongside other practitioners rather than in isolation.
- Experience with ICBC and WorkSafeBC caseloads is an asset, though our front desk handles the paperwork.
