Located on the beautiful shores of Georgian Bay, we are a 2-location practice seeking a full-time associate. Our main clinic, Ardiel Animal Hospital, is in Meaford, while our sister clinic, Balsam Veterinary Office, is situated in Collingwood. Both towns offer abundant four-season recreational activities and a vibrant restaurant and cultural scene.

Ardiel Animal Hospital was established by Dr. Ardiel’s father, Dr. Blair Ardiel, in 1954, and we have been family owned and operated since then. We pride ourselves on establishing long-standing relationships with our clients and within our communities.

Our practice is fully equipped with ample support staff to ensure clinicians have the time they need to focus on the medicine.

There is ample opportunity for new graduates to receive top-notch mentorship with both Dr. Ardiel (OVC, 1983) and Dr. Siltala (RVC, 2024).

We hire exceptional people to provide exceptional care and service, and we would love to have you join the team!

Our vets typically work 4 days during the week, and one half-day on Saturday a month, however we are flexible to your schedule.

What we offer:

- Commensurate compensation (starting at $130,000)

- Signing bonus

- Vacation pay

- Advantages package

- CE allowance

- Uniform allowance

- CVO dues

- Pet care discounts
