DH Supply Chain is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada. Our company has 16 years of service experience, mainly providing one-stop service for cross-border e-commerce sellers, integrating professional overseas warehouse service, customs clearance service, logistics warehousing service, and truck transportation service in North America, and guaranteeing to provide customers with 24-hour service throughout Canada.

We are now looking for Logistics Coordinator to support end-to-end ocean import/export operations. This role is based in our Markham office and is responsible for document coordination, carrier and vendor communication, container pickup and return arrangements, and daily follow-up with freight forwarders, trucking companies, terminals, and customers.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate pre-alerts and collect required shipping documents from customers, overseas agents, and third parties
- Review and verify shipping documents including HBL/MBL, final destination, port of discharge, and related EMF information
- Ensure consistency between system records, customer documents, and email communications
- Communicate with freight forwarders and carriers to confirm shipment status, arrival notices (A/N), and documentation readiness
- Coordinate with terminals and ocean carriers to track vessel arrival, container availability, LFD dates, pickup, and return status
- Arrange container pickup, delivery,



and return with trucking companies and third-party vendors
- Provide pickup numbers, delivery addresses, and scheduling details to transportation partners
- Monitor container movement and proactively resolve delays or operational issues
- Review trucking charges and verify additional fees; collect supporting documents when required
- Obtain and submit POD, EIR, and other proof-of-delivery documentation
- Escalate exceptions and communicate additional costs or delays to customers in a timely manner

Qualifications

- 2+years of experience in ocean freight operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain management
- Familiarity with container pickup/return processes, terminals, and trucking coordination
- Solid attention to detail and document review skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
- Effective communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficient in email communication and logistics systems

Working hour: Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:30

Weekends might be needed (working remotely)

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
