Zucca’s Ristorante is urgently hiring for a server to join our front-of-house team.

Job Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests as needed
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions
- Process payments and manage customer bills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly
- Handle customer requests and concerns professionally
- Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous restaurant serving/hosting experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
