About us:

Market Jar Media Inc. is a digital advertising agency located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. We are hiring a Campaign Associate to oversee and manage marketing campaigns for our vast portfolio of clients. You will have the opportunity to work with clients in many new and exciting industries (from crypto, food & beverage, AI, tech, mining and everything in between).

The Campaign Associate is a key figure in the success of what we do. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, working closely with high-level executives. Internally, you will also be working with all our different departments: sales, content, media buying, and accounting to ensure our clients receive the best experience possible.

This gives the Campaign Associate a full 360-degree view of every aspect of a successful digital marketing campaign. In addition, you will also gain valuable experience that will be useful in a wide-variety of career paths in the world of digital marketing.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of experience in a client-facing role. This role is best suited for someone who appreciates a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess the following traits:

- Strong critical thinking skills
- The ability to organize priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong verbal/written English
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- General tech/digital knowledge
- Moderate experience with Google Workplace (google docs, calendar, gmail)
- Some experience with Wordpress
- Managing a meeting agenda





The position also requires a large amount of written and verbal communication. Strong communication skills are required. You will be leading meetings with C-level executives and communicating directly with clients, in-house staff and third-party vendors on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in project management and building client relationships; event planning is also a plus. Basic knowledge of investing, stocks, and/or some level of familiarity with today's hot investing markets is also a plus. You don't have to be a finance expert, but some level of familiarity with how the stock market works is a huge advantage.

Pay: $46,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
