Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cleaning Manager to lead and oversee our cleaning/janitorial operations across various commercial facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all building occupants. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and consistency in all cleaning activities, fostering a positive workplace culture that values excellence and teamwork. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily cleaning operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Coordinate schedules for custodial staff, optimizing coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Train new team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to monitor cleanliness levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.




- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and performance feedback.

Experience

- Proven custodial or cleaning experience in a commercial setting, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and best practices in commercial cleaning environments.
- Experience managing teams, scheduling shifts, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and liaise with management.
- Ability to identify operational improvements to enhance efficiency and quality standards.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
