We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable Neighbourhood Marketing Ambassador to help raise awareness of Tutor Doctor through door-to-door marketing and the placement of Tutor Doctor lawn signs in local neighbourhoods.

What You Will Do

- Conduct door-to-door marketing in designated neighbourhoods to introduce Tutor Doctor's tutoring services to local families.
- Place Tutor Doctor lawn signs in appropriate locations, with the property owner's permission where required.
- Distribute promotional flyers to neighbourhood residents.
- Engage with community members in a friendly and skilled manner to increase awareness of Tutor Doctor.
- Identify suitable locations for lawn signs to maximize local visibility.
- Keep track of flyers distributed, lawn signs placed, and neighbourhoods covered.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activities and marketing results.
- Represent Tutor Doctor positively and professionally in the community.

What You Bring

- You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- You are friendly, outgoing,



and comfortable approaching people.
- You are comfortable with door-to-door outreach and working outdoors in different neighbourhoods.
- You are reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- You have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- You are comfortable walking around neighbourhoods for extended periods.
- You have a genuine interest in helping local families learn about educational support services.
- A valid driver's licence is an asset if driving between neighbourhoods is required.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or customer service is an asset but not required.

Pay and Compensation

- Hourly wage: $25 per hour.
- Performance incentive: An additional $1 for every Tutor Doctor lawn sign successfully placed.
- Flexible part-time hours: Work around your school or other commitments.
- Performance-based earnings: Earn additional income by successfully placing more lawn signs.
