We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our small, customer-focused retail boutique in beautiful Elora.

This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, home décor, and helping customers find pieces that make them feel great. The Assistant Manager will support daily store operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and help create a welcoming boutique shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day store operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling assistance
- Support sales goals and help drive store performance
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining beautiful store displays
- Help manage inventory, receiving, and stock organization
- Support staff scheduling and team leadership when the manager is not present
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store environment

Qualifications:

- Retail experience (leadership or keyholder experience preferred)




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and boutique retail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends
