Job SummaryThe Shift Supervisor oversees store activities during assigned shifts. You will lead by example, support team members, handle customer inquiries or complaints, and assist the General Manager or Restaurant Owner with daily workflow and quality control.Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service & Hospitality: Lead guest-first interactions, resolve service issues promptly, and ensure order accuracy across the counter and drive-thru.
- Shift Leadership: Guide and coach team members, assign station positions using positioning charts, and coordinate break schedules.
- Operations & Quality Control: Enforce Tim Hortons "Always Fresh" and food safety standards, complete production sheets,



and monitor waste tracking.
- Cash & Inventory Management: Handle till pull-outs and counts, balance end-of-shift receipts, and assist with stock ordering or receiving.
- Training & Compliance: Assist in training new team members, enforce health and safety legislation, and ensure store policies are followed.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $19.25-$20.00 per hour
