Overview

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling and suggest complementary items to increase sales
- Operate the POS system for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on technical products and answer customer inquiries
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, offering information and directing calls as needed
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product restocking as required
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing concerns promptly and courteously

Skills

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or merchandising preferred




- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques, including merchandising strategies and sales promotion methods
