Overview : As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our clients. Your responsibilities include: Duties :

- Managing phone systems and directing calls efficiently.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Utilizing computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Maintaining an organized reception area and managing incoming inquiries.

- Completing daily reports as required.

Qualifications : To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Previous experience in a fitness,

- Work Schedule : Availability for mid day and weekends.
