Job Summary

We are seeking energetic dental receptionist with 2 heads, 4 arms and 6 legs that can do many things at once! :o)

Responsibilities

- Greet patients in a courteous and skilled manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain patient records accurately using dental software ClearDent
- Assist with administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office
- Follow up on patient appointments and confirmations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Qualifications




- Previous 1 year experience in a dental office is preferred.
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Cleardent Is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
