We are hiring a Part-Time Medical Administrative Assistant.

Chiro Clinic Physical Rehab & Massage is a state-of-the-art medical clinic located in Moncton, New Brunswick that provides effective treatment for musculoskeletal complaints. Understanding that multiple treatment types often work better together, the clinic offers cooperative care consisting of chiropractors, remedial massage therapists, kinesiologists, and physiotherapists - all working under one roof.

Job description

Duties : Greet and assist all patients, providing a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for the clinic





Answer incoming calls and schedule/manage appointments.

Work effectively in an environment that requires multitasking.

Submitting electronic insurance claims on behalf of the patient.

Managing general cleanliness of the reception area and treatment rooms.

Part-time hours.

Competitive remuneration and pay-scale

Qualifications : Bilingual (English/French)

Past experience working in customer service or admin

Ability to learn new computer software quickly (Mac)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
