PERMANENT VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST POSITION AVILABLE! The Otter Point Veterinary Hospital, a welcoming, privately-owned, small animal practice in Sooke, is seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are a one-veterinarian practice known for our friendly, client-centered approach, and we’re excited to welcome someone who shares our dedication to excellent care.

Your Role :As the face of our hospital, you’ll ensure our clients feel welcomed and supported. Key duties include:
- Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
- Processing payments with attention to detail

- Has robust verbal and written communication skills
- Is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service
- Feels comfortable with computers and appointment scheduling software
- Brings experience in a veterinary setting (preferred)
