Davis GMC Buick in Lethbridge is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will regularly communicate with callers and greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner by answering incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department/person. Other duties in this role will be to organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and perform general administrative tasks as required.

This is a part-time position offering 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday (no weekends)

Experience & Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or administration
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer interactions are professional and friendly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills




- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and written documentation
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma
