Position Overview

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include :

- Answering phones and responding professionally to client inquiries
- Booking, confirming, and managing appointments
- Taking payments and handling cash accurately
- Basic cleaning and maintaining a tidy front-end workspace
- Organizing and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements :

- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a busy spa environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Available Positions : Full-Time Hours :

- Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM




- Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Part-Time Hours :

- Tuesday - Thursday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
