We are seeking an efficient, self-motivated, multi-tasking individual with an interest in health care to join our team at Circle Medical Centre.

We are looking for casual relief for holidays and sick time, but the new hire is guaranteed one day per week (Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm); with a possibility of more regular hours becoming available.

Job description includes, but not limited to:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide assistance to patients and doctors
- Record and store information related to patient care in EMR (Electronic Medical Record)
- Ensure patients and visitors understand office policies
- Process payments
- Schedule appointments
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
- Ensure patient and office confidentiality

Experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn is.

Salary : From $18.00 per hour
