About the Role

What Youll Do

- Partner with external stakeholders customers and partners to identify business needs define requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications user stories process flows and system design documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) workflows process maps sequence diagrams and other project artifacts.




- Create low-fidelity prototypes and validate end-to-end business processes and user experiences.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing strategies prepare test data and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze and troubleshoot business and system-related issues identifying practical and scalable solutions.
- Lead multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while managing priorities risks timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of key milestones.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that increase efficiency reduce risk and enhance business performance.
- Support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives through strategic analysis and solution design.

What Were Looking For

- Fluent in both Spanish and English capable of speaking and writing in both languages
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
- 5 years of Business Analyst experience in technology-driven environments.
- Strong experience gathering analyzing and documenting business and system requirements.
- Experience working through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).




- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile teams.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cross-platform integrations and enterprise system environments.

- Experience with SAP technologies and enterprise implementations.
- Familiarity with ASAP methodology and Design Thinking principles.
- Experience supporting full lifecycle software or ERP implementations.
- Exposure to process improvement business transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
