Who You Will Work With:

The Innovation Practice Specialist supports the design delivery and continuous evolution of innovation programs employee innovation experiences workshops and strategic initiatives that advance Interacs innovation objectives. The role combines program coordination workshop design stakeholder engagement communications and innovation operations to help bring new ideas to life. The incumbent develops engaging experiences creates compelling communications and visual materials facilitates collaborative sessions conducts exploration and experimentation and supports the successful execution of innovation initiatives from concept through implementation. The role also helps identify emerging opportunities prototype new approaches build innovation capability across Interac and foster a culture of innovation across the organization.

What YouWillDo:

Innovation Program Delivery

- Plan coordinate and support the delivery of innovation programs employee innovation initiatives workshops events and strategic projects.

- Design and facilitate workshops working sessions innovation studios planning activities and collaborative experiences that enable employee participation alignment learning and decision-making.

Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Engagement

- Build relationships across business functions and support strategic planning governance portfolio management and prioritization and roadmap development by coordinating stakeholders and synthesizing information into actionable recommendations.

Experimentation & Innovation Development

- Conduct scouting and exploration activities in support of innovation experimentation to evaluate new ideas emerging technologies working methods and innovation opportunities.

- Explore emerging technologies trends and innovation methods through hands-on experimentation rapid prototyping and practical demonstrations. Documents findings develop recommendations and communicate learning to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.

The hiringrangefor this position is$75000 - $90000 and you will also be eligible for our short-term incentive plan.
