We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable person to assist with flooring installations, site preparation, and cleanup. We offer a supportive team environment with approachable management, clear expectations, and flexibility where possible.

You will be responsible for/assisting with:

- Job site prep and clean-up
- Job site readiness
- Positioning materials for installation
- Cutting and sizing materials
- Assisting with installations

Requirements

- Positive communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Hardworking and willing to learn other responsibilities
- Ability to read metric (cm) and imperial (inch) measurements




- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in construction and maintenance work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges on the job
- A current, valid Manitoba driver’s licence and reliable transportation to job sites in Winnipeg and surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of flooring installation experience
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Own personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week

Work Location: On the road
