Job Description

Empire Collision is looking for a full-time, career-minded CSR with a strong background in customer service. If you have previous experience in the industry is a plus but not necessary. Strong customer service skills, willingness to learn and great work ethic are paramount. If this sounds like you we would love to have you join our Empire Family/Team.

Responsibilities

- Excellent customer service
- Desire to learn and change with the industry
- Ability to adapt to and change with organizational policy
- Billing Insurance Companies

Requirements:

- Experience with Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software is a bonus but not required
- Superior Customer Service and Organizational Skills.
- Ability to multitasks within a team oriented bodyshop




- Good communication skills and outstanding attitude
- Valid Driver’s License
- Works well in a team environment as well as individually with little supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
