Product Manager – Tractors

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Tractors to lead the planning, development and ongoing management of our tractor product line. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet the needs of farmers, dealers and the agricultural market.

We need someone who understands tractors and the agricultural equipment market, can talk intelligently with farmers and dealers, can work with Engineering on technical product decisions, and can take ownership of a tractor product line from concept through ongoing improvement.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited to someone who has a strong understanding of agricultural equipment and the needs of farmers and agricultural equipment dealers, combined with the ability to translate market and customer requirements into product strategies and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full product lifecycle of tractor products, from concept, market requirements and specifications through development, launch and ongoing product improvement.
- Continued development of agricultural markets, farming practices, customer needs and competitive tractor products.
- Regularly engage with dealers, farmers and end users to identify product needs, market opportunities and opportunities for improvement.




- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, competitive products and company objectives.
- Work closely with Engineering to establish product specifications, development requirements and product modifications.
- Collaborate with Production, Service, Service Parts, Sales and Marketing to ensure successful product development and introduction into the market.
- Conduct regular competitive product, feature and pricing analysis within the agricultural equipment market.
- Monitor industry and market trends and incorporate relevant information into product strategy and future product development.
- Develop and maintain product strategies and customer targets.
- Develop product launch and marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- Analyze and prioritize requests for product improvements and determine opportunities based on customer and market requirements.
- Develop product training materials and support product knowledge initiatives for dealers and internal teams.
- Travel regularly to agricultural equipment dealerships, customer locations, industry events and farm shows.
- Participate in product evaluations and testing at customer locations,



test sites and the R&D; facility.

Qualifications and Experience

- Post-secondary education in engineering, business, agriculture, agricultural technology or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, product development, engineering, technical sales, product support, or a closely related role involving complex mechanical products.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment, particularly tractors and their applications, is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of farm equipment, farming applications and the needs of agricultural equipment dealers and end users.
- Direct Product Manager experience is preferred; however, candidates who have developed the required transferable skills through related technical, engineering, product development, product support or customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to understand and communicate technical product requirements.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to travel holding a valid driver’s license and passport
