- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders at the counter or drive-thru, and resolve customer questions.
- Product Preparation: Defrost, proof, bake, glaze, and decorate pre-prepared frozen dough and pastry items according to schedule.
- Quality & Ovens: Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product visual standards to ensure freshness throughout the day.
- Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sanitize baking equipment, trays, ovens, and back-of-house work areas.
- Food & Drink Preparation: Make coffee, specialty drinks, baked goods, soups, and sandwiches following strict brand recipes and portion rules.
- Cash Handling: Process payments via cash, debit, credit, or mobile apps accurately.
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Follow "clean as you go" rules, sweep and mop floors, wipe counters, empty garbage bins, and clean restrooms.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow temperature logging, handwashing rules, and FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation.
