MC Business Technology Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager / Senior IT Specialist to join our growing team. This leadership-focused role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight, providing an opportunity to lead complex client engagements while contributing to the growth and evolution of our managed services practice. This is not a remote position. This position requires attendance at our office in St. Thomas

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor for our clients' Microsoft 365, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity environments, leading projects, resolving advanced technical challenges, and mentoring technical staff. This role is ideal for a self-driven skilled who takes ownership of outcomes, excels at building strong client relationships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional technology solutions.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of the Managed Services and IT Operations function. This includes overseeing multiple client environments, ensuring infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and consistently. The role will drive the ongoing enhancement of technology platforms, operational processes, and service delivery standards while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction,



operational excellence, scalability, and business growth.

Preferred Leadership Requirements

- Previous supervisory, team lead, or IT management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical responsibilities.
- Strong client relationship management and consulting experience.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements, standardization, and service excellence across multiple client environments.

Pay: $68,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
