Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Indoor Playground Manager to oversee daily operations at our vibrant brand new indoor play facility. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children and families. The Indoor Playground Manager will lead staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility. Strong leadership, hospitality skills, and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of the indoor playground, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
- Manage staff schedules, provide training, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Greet guests warmly, address inquiries, and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee guest services including check-in/check-out processes, birthday party bookings, and special events
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the play area by performing regular inspections and coordinating cleaning schedules
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries within the facility




- Promote a positive environment that encourages fun, inclusivity, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for daily operations

Experience

- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services is highly preferred
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a recreational or childcare setting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining safety standards and operational procedures

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
