About Us Stratford Exterior Cleaners is a rapidly growing exterior maintenance and restoration company serving Southwestern Ontario. We take pride in transforming properties through premium hardscape restoration, sealing, and exterior cleaning services. We are looking for a driven, goal-oriented Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team and help us scale our impact.

The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to take ownership of our inbound leads and drive revenue. In this role, you will be the face and voice of the company, consulting with homeowners about their properties. You don't need to be an expert on day one—we will train the right candidate—but you will be expected to rapidly learn the ins and outs of interlock restoration, concrete sealing, and blacktop sealing to discuss these services with authority and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead Follow-Up: Promptly contact inbound leads via phone to qualify prospects, build rapport, and schedule in office visits. You will be working with warm, inbound leads provided by the company.
- Consultative Selling: Discuss the technical details of interlock restoration, concrete sealing, and blacktop sealing in a way that educates the customer and highlights our premium value.
- On-Site Estimates: Travel to residential properties to assess the scope of work, provide accurate estimates, and close the sale in person.
- Pipeline Management: Track your leads, follow up consistently,



and drive toward a seasonal sales target of $200,000.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent Communicators: You are comfortable picking up the phone, overcoming objections, and building immediate trust with homeowners.
- Eager to Learn: Prior experience in hardscaping or sealing is a bonus, but not required. We will train the right person, provided you have the drive to become an absolute expert in our service offerings.
- Independent & Reliable: You manage your time well and thrive in an autonomous, results-driven environment.
- Mobility: A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle are strictly required for attending daily estimates.

Compensation & Perks

- Uncapped Earning Potential: This is a commission-based role designed for top performers.
- Realistic Targets: Our average performers easily hit approximately $30,000 in commission payouts.
- Warm Leads: We provide inbound leads; your job is to follow up, quote, and close.
- Flexibility: Part-time schedule that allows you to manage your own setting and closing pipeline and estimate appointments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
