Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be expected to be on site 3 days per week for shorter shifts approximately 3-5 hours per day.

You will be driving the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Your energetic approach will help us attract top talent across various departments, ensuring we build a strong and diverse workforce. Duties

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing HR sourcing techniques like cold calling, lead generation, and research to identify high-potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers with candidates and facilitate smooth onboarding procedures to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruiting practices.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates through outreach efforts and employer branding initiatives to enhance talent pipelines.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
- Education and Training in Human Resources Recruitment and Training & Development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques including cold calling, research methods, and lead generation strategies.
- Understanding of employee relations principles and training & development processes is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
